How do I set up reporting for specific team members?

Connecting mailboxes to timetoreply can be done in a matter of minutes. When you create your account, you will immediately be directed to a screen where you will have the option to either add each individual’s mailbox on at a time by sending an invitation email to each team member via our system, or you can ‘bulk add’ all mailboxes in one go with the help of your IT team. 

From the account setup screen, you’ll be able to send the request to your IT team to have them assist you. If you have sufficient system administrator access to your email environment, you can perform the bulk add step by yourself by selecting the ‘Bulk Add’ option.
