WFH Has Become The Norm In Less Than 24 Months

  • From 2019 to 2020 That number has nearly doubled (22% – 42%)

Highest WFH industries remained constant

There are some growing pains In change

  • 69% of managers are uncomfortable communicating with employees

Because of this, micromanagement is on the rise

  • Excessive control or an over-attention to detail

Micromanagement While Working From Home Is A Huge Problem

Micromanagement effects both employers and employees

Employees

  • 69% considered changing jobs due to micromanagement
  • 68% experienced lower morale

Employers
